USA already uses military armed with machine guns to intimidate citizens. Even few hundred dollars can be stolen by the criminals running the show.
The purpose of this technique is to make people USED TO ABUSE! The vice of tyranny is tightening. Americans as nationality are wimps without moral fibre, therefore it's not difficult to brainwash and control them.
